Gyan Sadhna Scholarship Scheme: Government of Gujarat runs several assistance schemes for qualitative improvement in the education sector. In which students from economically weaker sections are given admission through schemes like RTE admission to help them in their studies. One such new scholarship scheme has been announced by the government named Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Yojana Gujarat. Gyan Sadhana Scholarship

In this ज्ञान साधना छात्रवृत्ति योजना, students will be selected for scholarship through examination. For which the following eligible students can fill the form.

Eligibility

• A student who has studied continuously from class 1 to 8 in a government or aided primary school and passed class 8 can fill the form for this scholarship test. Or
• Must have taken admission in class 1 in private school under RTE admission scheme and studied up to class 8.

Examination fee

Gyan Sadhana Aptitude Test will be conducted for this scholarship scheme. The student does not have to pay any kind of examination fee to fill the form for the examination.

Structure of the Test

The selection of students in જ્ઞાન સાધના શિષ્યવૃત્તિ યોજના will be done on the basis of exam cut off merit. In which the structure of the test will be as follows.

• The question paper of this exam will be of total 120 marks and the time will be 150 minutes.
• The question paper of the exam will be in Gujarati/English language
• Students can give this exam in Gujarati or English as the medium of their choice.

Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Yojana Scholarship Amount

In this scheme the student selected on the basis of cut off merit is eligible for the following scholarship.

• 9th & 10th Annual Rs. 20000 scholarship is available.
• 11th & 12th Annual Rs. 25000 scholarship is available.

If the student fails in any class or leaves the school while studying from class 9 to 12, then the scholarship received by the student will stop.

Income Limit

The income limit for this scholarship scheme is fixed as below.

• The income limit for rural areas is Rs. 120000
• The income limit for urban areas is Rs. 150000

Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Yojana Selection Process

The selection of students for this scholarship scheme will be on the basis of merit as follows.

• For this scholarship test, first of all the student has to fill the online form.
• Then on the basis of cut off merit through test the provisional selection list will be released.
• Then the document verification of the student will be done at the district level.
• Then the final merit list and final selection list is released.

How to Apply Online for Gujarat Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Yojana

The following procedure has to be done to fill the online form for Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Scheme.

Step-1: In respect of this advertisement by State Examination Board from 11/05/2023 (03:00 PM) to 6/05/2013 (12:00 PM) http://www.sebexam.org Application form will be accepted online only. Following are the instructions for the candidate to fill the prescribed form online. A student has to follow the following steps to apply.

Step-2: The application form has to be filled accurately online. Name, surname, date of birth, caste (category) or any other matter shall not be amended later by the Board. Take special note of that.

Step-3: The entire form has to be filled in English.

Step-4: For the student of government aided school the form filling arrangement has to be done by the school also.

Step-5: First of all go to http://www.sebexam.org.

Step-6: Click on “Apply Online”.

Step-7: By clicking on Apply Now, the Application Format will appear. First of all UDI has to be entered in the Application Format. So the details will be seen AUTO FILL. After checking the remaining details the student has to fill. (The details of where (*) Star Mark is to be filled compulsorily.)

Step-8: By clicking on Confirm Application, the student’s application will be accepted online in the board. Confirm Number will be generated here. Which is necessary for all the subsequent procedures, the student has to save. The student has to show his confirmation number while making any correspondence or representation with the board.

Step-9: The student will be able to take the entrance exam in whichever medium he chooses between Gujarati or English.
