Download DigiLocker from Google Play Store, open it after installation On the Welcome screen you will see two options. One sign will be and the second will be sign up. If you have already created your account then log in by clicking on sign in. If you are going to use it the first time, go to the option of sign up.
Here you have to enter a mobile number. Then there will be an OTP on your registered mobile number. Verification will be done through this. After the verification process is done, you can create your name and password.
